You go left

You take the left hand fork to the tunnel and follow it deeper into the darkness. Your catlike footsteps and you are confident that even the most senitive of ears wouldn't be able to pick you up at this point. As you round the corner however, you notice something. It looks... almost like an alter or totem of some kind. A small wooden table sits in an aclove, with a effigy of a large black spider, carved from stone, in its center. The statue is suspended from a rope that is attached to the ceiling and it hangs above a series of smaller statues, that lie dotted around the table. It's a little creepy if you're honest with yourself and you don't quite know what to make of it...
