Lead the army against Marus again

Mira and her ragtag back did hurry back as quickly as they could, but once they reached the besieged kingdom the realities of war dragged them from any tentative of finding the rogue Taihon, it was far more urgent to rally the troops and muster the defenses against the Incubus Lord relentless horde.

Neither Aramis nor Nadrielle remained by her side, Aramis was obliged to return to Marus after she reached the border, while Nadrielle swore she would find and kill Taihon before he could hurt any noblewoman. Mira felt her heart ache to see her friends go, but she had plenty to busy herself with.

The Kingdom's spirit wasnt broken yet, and Mira gathered an army of surviving militia to make her way deeper into the kingdom, but she couldnt get near the capital, as it was under siege by the bulk of Marus army. So she maneuvered and feinted, skirmished and ambushed for weeks, while she slowly gained strength to face off the Demon Lord again. She could have done the job much faster if only more nobleman came to her banner, but the ones who could sat behind their walls, denying her anything but the scantest supplies.

It happened during one skirmish with Orcs, she was leading a raid on their supply lines when suddenly a dizziness struck her, making her momentarily lose conscience. Mira woke moments later, on her back, while the combat was still going on around her. She tried to stand quickly, but another wave stuck her. Her word was spinning, and she sought if there was some spellcaster attacking her, but she found none. There was none.

Another woman, a camp follower, explained to her what was going on

"When was your last moon blood, Mira?"

"I dont know... perhaps a couple of months ago?" before her captivity, to be sure "w-why?" the answer dawned on her before the other woman told her "because you are with child, of course" she smiled.
