You are done with this, whatever "this" was, and it's time to go. You grab your box and head to exit the room, but a spark of curiosity reaches across your mind. When the Nightsister dissolved, did she leave anything behind? You realize you're late for your rendezvous and figure you can check later. You once again try to walk towards the door, but the spark of curiosity grows stronger.

You realize you cannot resist it.

The curiosity swirls in your head like a cackling laugh as you turn around, and investigate the cushions where the witch once sat, controlling you. You find nothing except a small metal octahedron.

You're not sure how you know this word, but it suddenly flashes into your mind. A 'holocron.' It's a device that contains the secrets to immense ****-wielding power. You know you must run to make your appointment but you can't resist investigating it further. You press a button and the device hums to life. This is an unusual holocron, you suddenly know, though you're not sure how. It contains more than just information, it contains...

...suddenly your world begins to spin as knowledge and history bombard you. You see yourself as a small child, growing up in the swamps of Dathomir. You see your mother and father, and you find yourself sent off to study the dark arts. Soon, the story becomes so fast and quick paced, and there is so much suffering and ****, you lose track of everything and it all begins to swirl until you have lost your orientation.

The laughter returns to your mind as you feel yourself lost in the abyss of this other world. You know you are still in the room, but you feel as if you are standing on a precipice in the midst of a thick darkness. Any step you take will leave you falling into an unbearable darkness.

You reach out and question the laughter, "where am I? Why am I here?"

"You are finally understanding the power that the holocron can give someone. You sought to slay me, yet I will now live on through you."

You shudder at the words that the voice sends back to you. As you shudder, you feel the void swirl around you, and you find yourself in a beautiful, lush garden. You sense as though your own willpower accomplished this.

"Do you see what power you now wield? You can bend others, even the fabric of the universe, to your will."

"Why remain here in this plane? With all of this power, why not rule the world?" you question the voice.

"Such things are trivial to someone as powerful as us," the voice calls back. "Here, on this plane of existence, we are a god."
