Sussing it Out

Elizabeth sat in the control room, her eyes narrowed. She took a sip of water, wanting to keep her mind clear. There were the two pigs, Vasquez and Vega in the corner, watching a dancer. And over there was Faith, chatting animatedly with Devonte. Something was going to happen soon. But who was a rat? And how to catch them?

Lamar slipped down into a chair beside her with a glass of Henny on the rocks, his hand sliding to the inside of Elizabeth's thigh. She parted her legs, giving him ample access to his white bitch. He palmed her waxed sex possessively.

"What are you looking for, baby?" Lamar asked smoothly.

"I dunno. I feel like one of the girls is helping the cops out. But who is she and how to catch her?"

"Hmm. You see this little brotha over here?" Lamar asked.

"Yeah," Elizabeth nodded. He was almost as small as a dwarf.

"They call this brotha Big Kelvin," Lamar said. "He ain't like to be known visually, but everyone knows Big Kelvin is tight with Jabo."

"Why do they call him Big Kelvin?" Elizabeth asked.

"Big brain. He says other shit big too, but I dunno about all that," Lamar responded.

"So what is the idea, baby?" Elizabeth said.

"Tell bitches Big Kelvin is around, whoever our bitch is, they'd be gunning to please him, try to get him to talk more than he should. But if they ain't know who he is, and you've got Big Kelvin occupied. Then maybe they'd be picking who they think Big Kelvin is."

"And?" Elizabeth said expectantly.

"Then they try to leverage my ass ... and the rat is ratted out."
