As you take the demons hand into your own you open your eyes, greeted by the sight of your old childhood room lit up by the suns light. It is morning, looking over at your alarm you see 10am. "Crap I'm late for my first day of classes" you say feeling your heart begin to jump in your chest as you rush to get ready. You quickly grabbed your spell book and familiar, wait you did not have a familiar. Looking in your left hand you are shocked to see an unfamiliar small black and white speckled bird. You scream as this little bird says "Hello there kid" in the familiar high pitched toe of the demon. "What the hell are you doing here" you scream nearly throwing the small thing against the wall. "Easy easy there kid, I'm here to help you in your quest. "Urgh I really don't have time for this just come with me but stay in your cage" you reply exasperated shoving him into your bag. "Oh yeah almost forgot, you should really check out your spellbook" you hear the shrill voice say.

Already late you hurriedly pull out your spellbook and peer inside you see your regular Hot and Cold spell. Looking over you see the next page is almost completely blacked out. "What the hell is this" you scream, this is the last thing you need today. "Call it a sign-in bonus on our little deal, you can learn one new spell" says the muffled voice from the bag.
