Jasmine's view

As the family continues walking up to the hotel, Jasmine checked her phone one more time. She knew it was in vain, but she had to check. Still zero signal.

She rolled her eyes. Of course her stupid parents would send them off to this remote island with no cell signal. All so what? They can fulfill their desire of being a big sappy family? Yeah right. If they wanted her to be less angry, they should just be less annoying.

Deepest desire, huh? Jasmine thought to herself for a moment. She never even stopped to consider what her desire would have been. The family argued a lot, but mostly things weren't that bad.
