Connor Somnus, Late Bloomer

My name is Connor Somnus. I spent most of my life thinking I was a normal human. In a world with all kinds of superhumans and even aliens running around, I was just an awkward but ordinary guy trying to get through high school.

Sure, it'd be nice to have powers, but this was the hand life dealt me, and I wasn't gonna risk radiation poisoning or worse for a mulligan.

Then everything changed in my senior year. After accidentally putting my friend in a trance, I'd done some research. Turns out; not all mutants get their powers during puberty. Combined with the fact that I was looking pretty fit recently despite not exercising much, I had a good feeling that my days as a normal guy were coming to an end.
