Hypnosis

Exerting my will through eye contact allows me to drop someone into a hypnotic trance. They do not have to cooperate, and just a few seconds makes it almost impossible to look away. While hypnotized by me, people will be even more open to my suggestions than normal hypnosis, and it's easier to keep them under. Using actual hypnosis techniques does seem to increase effectiveness, but without proper training I'm not sure by how much. Despite all these advantages, it is still hypnosis, and pushing too much at once can have terrible consequences.
