Trouble with the Turtle

Jesse Quick: (determined) Gotta get back home. Fast!

With a burst of speed, Jesse accelerated, racing through the city at a velocity that defied the laws of physics. The scenery became a blur, and the air crackled with the intensity of her movement. As she neared a high-tech lab she suddenly spots someone breaking out with a bunch of dangerous technology. Being the hero she is, she decides to stop the crime first and try to get home later.

Jesse Quick: (muttering to herself) Not on my watch!

She darted towards the perpetrator, ready to apprehend them and continue on her journey home. However, just as she was about to reach the criminal, everything slowed down to a crawl.

Jesse Quick: (struggling against the sudden resistance) What... what's happening?

Before she could react, she found herself frozen in place, mid-stride. A wave of realization washed over her as she recognized the culprit—this universe's version of the Turtle, a metahuman with the ability to steal the Kinetic Energy of everything around him.

Turtle: (chuckling) You're not going anywhere, speedster.

Time seemed to stand still for Jesse as the Turtle reveled in his victory. Caught in the midst of her full-speed run, Jesse Quick was frozen in a dynamic and, unfortunately, very exposed pose. She hung there, one of her feet firmly set on the ground and the other in a long stride forward leaving her pussy fully exposed, her arms useless at her sides, raised mid-run unable to move to cover her uncovered tits which were frozen mid bounce.
