A Simple And Effective Plan

The group stops just outside and do some last minute conversions. Taking every item they could find that could be converted into emp grenades and doing so. They sacrifice all the remaining silver throwing knives, the poison gas grenades, the poison syringe, the aerosolized aphrodisiac, the arrows and charm arrows and end up making about 23 emp grenades.

"I'm not sure how that makes much sense," Yulia admits.

"What do you mean?" Maple asks.

"How did we turn wooden arrows into high tech electronics?" Yulia asks.

"I just made the converter to specifications provided by Kel I don't know technically how it does what it does, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's some sort of tower 'magic' involved," Maple admits.

"Alright so I guess our plan is... Get in there, use Yulia as bait and then just throw so many emp grenades and rifle shots at the Manager that it explodes?" Lri asks.

"Yes... The EMP grenades are not entirely harmless to us, getting caught in the blast can cause disorientation and there's a mild concussive effect, but we should be okay as long as we're not intentionally hitting each other with every blast," Maple explains.

"alright then... Let's do this," Yulia says and the three women enter the store.

It takes no time at all after they enter for the store's doors to slam shut and The Manager, surprisingly isn't on the tracks which don't appear to have been repaired since the previous fight, the manager itself seems to have been mostly left unrepaired as well, many of it's screens still showing cracks, though some minor repairs have been made and as it crawls up onto some shelves using it's grabby hands, it focuses Yulia with one of it's screens, which flashes up an image of a very... very angry face.

"BLAST HIM!" Maple yells and Lri and Maple open fire with their rifles as Yulia hits him with an undermine. The shots all hit and it staggers back nearly falling off the shelf, before leaping instead and landing on the ground as the staff drones begin to appear filling the area. Yulia quickly creates an illusion of herself and both her and the illusion start hitting the Manager with offensive spells, the illusion of course only faking the act of casting spells to sell the trick. The manager is blasted and quickly scrambles back, before lunging towards Yulia as she and the illusion split up and run in different directions. The Manager pausing to decide which to go after. Meanwhile the blizzard, buffets the drones and the manager and Lri and Maple have split up each with half the stack of emp grenades and are throwing them wildly, hitting the manager and the drones and wiping them out in droves.

The EMP grenades don't seem to have a major effect on the manager, but the effect is noticeable as it stumbles slightly from each blow and it's many arms keep deactivating and needing to be replaced with a new arm to keep it from toppling. Annoyed by the bombardment it leaps after one of the Yulia's no longer caring which it is as at the same time it turns out the lights in the store, plunging the place into darkness.

Unfortunately for it, but fortunately for the group this does not end up helping it much, as the bombardment continues, with no care for friendly fire and such a large stockpile aiming the grenades is considered mostly unnecessary. EMP explosions ring through the store, mixed with the sound of drones crashing and the thumping of the Manager as it chases after the two Yulia's who are themselves running wildly now, the illusion accidentally giving itself away when it runs through a shelf, allowing the Manager to change directions and target the actual Yulia, however after a bit the thumping noises stop. The crashing drones stop and a few seconds after the emp's stop. It's dark and silent. The lights eventually come back on revealing all the drones lifeless on the floor, the Manager collapsed, it's screens blank.

"We did it?" Yulia asks approaching the Manager's seemingly deactivated form.

"I think so..." Lri says.

"Hooray for random chaos!" Maple cheers and then reaches the manager, "start scavenging the drones, they're gonna be a good source of plates, I'll get the core from the Manager," she says.

As she sets to work though Yulia is distracted by something. A door has appeared in the back of the store and above the door there's a glowing lantern. Notably, at the same time all the wares in the store disappeared, every shelf emptied.
