hefting your sword and shield, you began to circle the creature, analysing, looking for any place of weakness.
It was slow, and shambled un-easily towards you. made from the well-trodden path, it was made more of dirt and earth than any plant life, and rocks protruded from its arms like primeval knuckle dusters.
Taking a swing, you ducked low, deflected it with your shield, and stabbed out at it below the armpit
The effect wasn't great. the sword poked through the other end of its shoulder, and pulled out without any hint of damage.
The beast turned back at you, and raised both hands in an over-head crushing swing.
When from the corner of your eye you saw it. The white-furred vixen was still playing her flute. infact, she hadn't stopped the entire time. Dodging its next blow, which caused it to lodge both hands in the ground, you turn your attention to her fully.
still bound by foot, and one arm, to the ground by magic, she was putting all of her effort into playing the flute. Keeping the beast going, under these circumstances, must have **** her to focus on only that. She was sweating with concentration, and with her golem's last blow, she was unable to stop you when you tore the flute from her lips.

With the **** of the music, the beast fell like rain, and ended in a heap on the floor. she panted, her eyes re-focusing now to look at you again. and pulling back her veil, you saw that she was panting heavily. She had a perfectly human face, and besides her more 'bestial' features, was as beautiful a woman you had ever seen. With green and amber eyes, looking deeply into yours, you lost yourself before realising you where still at the ambush site.
Gunther clapped you on the shoulder, as Soran the wizard spoke "don't worry, I've caught her other arm now. she won't be summoning any more beasts for you to vanquish in a hurry."
"The day is ours!"
