7. A cop brings one of your students by

Just as you’re pulling out your lunch, the buzzer of your intercom rings again. Nikki’s voice crackles through: “I’m so sorry, but an officer just brought Meli Victor by. Apparently she got caught shoplifting on her lunch break?”

That raises an eyebrow. Meli was clearly a trophy wife in training with already enhanced breasts and a dedication to keeping her body in shape and limber for the cheer squad. The door opened and a female officer gripping Meli’s arm shoved her through the door. She stumbled a little but found her way to one of the seats across from your desk. The officer remained standing.

“So. Shoplifting?” You’re genuinely surprised.

Meli opens her mouth to speak but the officer butts in: “she put an eyeshadow palette in her purse on her way out of the store.”

“Meli?”

“Look, I… Ok look, my allowance ran out.”

“Ok.” You pause. “Alright, officer… Duric, I can take it from here. Thank you for bringing her by.”
