Burocracy and taxes

You have recently found a cute, Unclaimed Minority girl, and you want to exercise your rights as a White Man. First of all, congratulations!

Given that most of you, dirty bastards, are interested in claiming Minority women, we will refer to them as girls or women. Assume that everything explained here applies to Men and Trans. We will indicate any different treatment applicable to them.

But we must discuss a vital topic first: Bureaucracy and Taxes.

It is a bummer, I know. This could be a White Men's paradise with other races and minorities with almost no rights, more on the level of animals than people, but we still need those boring things for our society to work.

To claim a Minority, you must fulfill three requisites: Obtaining her, Paperwork, and Taxes.

Obtaining her

To obtain her, you only need to have all her required information, like name, age, Minority, and address. You will need her information for the paperwork, but as an Unclaimed Minority, you can order her to give you that information, and she must comply with that order. You must do this in person because she is not obliged to obey orders received through telematic methods like social media or phone messages. But you can try to trick her. If nothing works, you can use **** to obtain the information.

If you have a proven personal relationship with her (daughters, sisters, wife, girlfriend, etc.) and already have all the information required, you are ready to claim her. Yes, this means you could claim a girl without her knowing about the fact. Her consent is not required nor expected, so if she doesn't require consent, she doesn't need to be informed. Beware, we recommend you inform her as soon as possible. If another White Man gives her an order, she will believe she is Unclaimed, so there is a chance she obey him, although it cannot be claimed again.

You can also obtain a girl for another man, a private company, or directly from the government through public auctions. In those cases, you need to reach an agreement with the owner, fulfill a purchase and sale contract, and pay him the quantity that both parties agree. How much she would cost will be determined by our free market. The government won't impose restrictions on this topic.

Paperwork

You have the forms you need available in every government office. You can also obtain them online. You must provide information about both you and her, including her Minority. You may be required to provide Proof of Minority depending on her condition. As a rule of thumb, if she can pass as a White Woman, you will need proof. We will explain later how Proof of Minority works.

Taxes

Someone has to pay to keep the wheel turning. Even if we allow you to do what you want with those girls, this is not a fantasy setting on a smutty website. In the real world, all the work required to process these Minorities costs money. That means you will need to pay taxes after claiming a Minority.

Once you submit the paperwork, our officials will rate your woman and assign her a value for tax purposes. You will then be required to pay the tax, and you are free to go.

When does the claim take effect?

Inmediatly. She is yours once you have the documentation ready, even if you still haven't submitted them. You have until the end of the next business day to submit the documentation to your local office. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to do this process online. Once you do that, she will be rated, and you have two weeks (10 business days) to pay the taxes. Be careful, unpaidment will make her legally available to other men, you will be charged with interest, and if it lasts over time, you could be declared a Felony ****.

Even if you have time for that, we recommend you don't be lazy and do it as soon as possible.

Could others do this process for me?

Yes, of course. You can delegate the paperwork to others, like employees or family. We even expect companies to emerge to help you claim Minorities. This is a new market niche. The only thing you must do is to sign the documents.

It is even possible to gift a Minority, where the new owner won't be required to sign the documents. Any eligible White Man can claim a Minority as a gift, indicating who will be the final owner. The obligation to pay taxes always falls on the signatory.

Could a Minority do this process for me? Even making her claim herself?

Yes, it is possible. A Minority could do all the process except signing the documents. You can even make her use her own money for her tax payments. But the payment must be voluntary. Until you claim her, you have no legal access to her assets, so you can't order or **** her to get the money. You are allowed to do almost anything with an Unclaimed Minority, including ****, but you can't steal her money. But if she agrees, you are free to go.

This changes if the Minority is already claimed and you are her owner. In that case, her assets belong to you, so you can do whatever you want with it, including using it to claim additional Minorities. It is even possible to claim multiple Minorities and **** one to pay for the others as long as you pay yourself for the one whose assets you want to use. For example, If you have your eye on a mother-daughter couple, you can claim the mother and **** her to pay to give you her own daughter.

Additionally, it is recommended to buy a collar so other White Men can know those girls belong to you. To avoid any of them buying a collar to fool White Men into believing they can't be claimed, it is illegal for any Minority or White Woman to buy collars. Any Unclaimed Minority or white woman found acquiring illegally a collar will be declared a Felony ****, and if she is found wearing one, she will be sold at a public auction. But if you want to have fun making a Minority choose and buy her own collar, you can do that as long as you previously inform the seller. You must be with her when she buys it and put the collar on her neck in front of the seller.

And if she disagrees? What can I **** her to do while claiming her?

As we mentioned, you can **** her to give you all the information required for the paperwork. If you want to be cruel, you can **** her to fill out her own documents and provide the Proof of Minority herself.

You can even **** her against her will to go to the nearest government office and make her deliver the documents. We won't recognize her claiming as voluntary, but who won't enjoy a dyke or a nigger "giving" herself with tears in her eyes?

And there is a way to **** her to pay herself! The payment doesn't need to be voluntary if you give her your own money (or anyone agreeing to pay for you).

Is there any difference in the borders?

Yes, it is. As we speak, no other country in the world recognizes the possibility of claiming Minorities, nor do we allow the export of any Minority.

This means that any Minority you bring will be an Unclaimed Minority.

If she has American citizenship, she will be allowed to enter the country, even Unclaimed, to allow any American White Man to do it. You can also claim her at the border, requiring you to complete the paperwork and pay the tax on-site.

You can claim her if she is a foreigner, but you must pay additional customs tariffs for her importation.

Non-American White Men with a valid residence Visa in America can claim foreign Minorities traveling with them if they have a personal relationship, and they pay for an additional license that must be renewed every three months. Remember that exportation is banned. No exceptions. If you bring your foreign wife, she will never leave the country.

Unclaimed foreign Minorities will be confiscated. We will try to determine if any White Men are eligible in the country with a preference to claim her, for example, if she is the foreign wife of an American. She will be sold in a public auction if no one can claim her. Whoever ends up owning her must be required to pay all the import expenses.
