Calculating her taxational value

You have recently captured your dumb nigger neighbor or maybe your slow brown coworker. It could be your chink teacher? She won't teach maths anymore, right?

We understand you are so excited to use them nonstop. You have already delivered all the forms, so she is legally yours.

But you need to know how much taxes you must pay for her. Listing and processing all those Minorities is not free. The wheel has to keep turning.

Don't worry. If you capture an Unclaimed Minority, the taxes should be affordable. 1000$ in the best case, but probably 500$ in average.

It is not expensive, isn't it? It's cheaper than a good TV or a video console with a few games.

The average middle-class American should be able to afford it. Ok, maybe if you are an 18-year-old boy finishing high school or starting College, you can't afford it, but that doesn't mean you couldn't own that cute Latina girl you have a crush on. Maybe if you ask your parents nicely, they will pay for her. It could be your present.

The federal agency dealing with everything related to Minorites is the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). With the Reconciliation Laws, this agency has received a budget increase to deal with everything related to them, and one of their functions is to rate any Minority claimed to determine her value.

Detailing the value

The taxational value of a Minority is established with a list of scales that, in total, could reach a maximum tax value of 1000$ barring extream cases.

It is divided into the following scales:

Base

Any Minority, no matter what receives a flat value of 200$. This base tax value will remain even if declared worthless in every other rating.

Beauty

Maximum 200$.

Our agents will rate her beauty, give them a score between 0 and 10, and assign a proportional value.

Given that White Man agents perform the rating, men are usually rated lower than women. Also, White Women are rated higher than other races because the number available to be claimed is lower than other races. Trans men or trans women should receive a rating similar to other women, but given we consider all of them to be women, their value could decrease if they are not feminine enough. Being pre-op or post-op doesn't affect this rating.

Breedability

Maximum 200$.

She will be rated based on her breeding potential. This value is calculated using her age.

The rate starts at 200$ for an 18-year-old girl and decreases proportionally every year until reaching 0$ at 50.

We calculate that the breeding potential of a girl lasts for a maximum of 50 - 18 = 32 years.

The value is calculated with the following formula

Reaming years = 50 - Age

Value = Reaming years / 32 * 200

For example, a 27 year has 50 -27 = 23 remaining years and a value of 143.75$

In the case of infertility, this value could be decreased based on how likely it is to breed her. Medical proof will be required. If infertility is total, this concept will be eliminated.

Men and transwomen (and any other type of feminized girl like sissies, ladyboys, etc.) don't receive a rating due to not being able to become pregnant.

Language skills

Maximum 100$.

She will be rated based on her ability to speak English, with 100$ if she is fluent and 0$ if she doesn't speak a single word. Any intermediate level will be calculated and determined by our agents. For example, being able to follow basic orders, including sexual ones, will value her 50$, even if she isn't able to maintain a conversation.

Education

This area can get costly.

Any education up to bachelors degree is a maximum of $200 value.

Any degree above bachelors will have her taxable value assessed at 10% her yearly income in her field.

a warning to companies considering enslaving their female staff that labor slavery is a serious offence and will be delt with harshly.

Any other non-hight level education profession will be rated between 50$ and 150$. Housewives are valued at 50$, and Prostitution is only valued 25$.

Virginity

Maximum 100$.

She will be rated based on the virginity of her three holes.

Vaginal 50 $ Anal 25$ Mouth 25$

Minority Men do not receive any value for this concept due to having sex with them does not fit our Christian values.

Transwomen, transmen, and other feminized minorities could be rated for this, but they are only eligible for vaginal if they have one (no matter if is a pre-op trans man or post-op trans woman). Cock virginity in trans women is not rated.

Foreigner

Maximum 100$.

She will be valued at 100$ if she isn't an American citizen to protect our local products, so, with similar characteristics, a foreign girl should be 100$ expensive.

Wealth, Fame, Award Winning

Got your eye on Eileen Gu? Good for you. She certainly needs to be put in her place. And a supermodel Olympic skier certainly sounds like quite the conversation piece.

Due to their particular rarity, attempts to claim women of particular fame, wealth, or skill are subject to a case-by-case assessment. The assessment is always $5000 dollars and can take anywhere from hours to 6 months. However, this assessment fee will be waived if the person ordering the assessment purchases the claim. Also, a person who orders an assessment has the first right to purchase the claim once it is finished, they have 72 hours to decide before the woman goes back on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that an assessment is valid for 2 years from the date of declaration of value.

Tax deductions won't be applicable in those cases, but your relationship with her will be taken into account during our evaluation, so if you are related to a lesbian or bisexual actress like Angel Haze, Bella Thorne, or Kristen Stewart, the value you must pay will be lower, but it won't necessarily be the same deduction as claiming a non-celebrity woman with similar characteristics.

Lastly, you must know that we will declare her value based on her fame and wealth in America. Overseas fame won't be evaluated. Overseas wealth will only be assessed if we believe owning her will allow you to have access to it. Given that most foreign countries are not yet recognizing our Reconciliation Laws, it is likely they won't allow owners to take possession of their claimed Minority assets.

That means if you are a guy who loves watching subtitled Thailand soap operas, that leading actress could not even be considered a celebrity, so her price could be cheaper if you are able to import her into the country. It doesn't matter how much fame she has in Thailand if only your four friends from a Thailand series board know about her.

Taxes deduction

Once you have calculated her final value, it is time for you to calculate which tax deductions could be applied to reduce the final taxed value.

There are different deductions, some based on your relationship with her and others based on her condition. For example, if she is a Closeted Minority, you are eligible for a 10% tax deduction, and if she is also your sister, you are eligible for an additional 50% tax deduction.

So, even for the perfect girl, you can imagine valued at 1000$ with those deductions, her final value will be 400$

VAT

We are almost over. As with any other luxury product, we must calculate her VAT. This value changes state by state. For example, in New York, it is 4.5%. VAT is applied using her total value without any tax deduction, so, for example, the previous 1000$ example (400$ after deductions) will have a VAT of 45$. So her final value is 445$

Customs

If you are importing a Minority and claiming her in the frontier, you must pay customs tariffs. It is a 10$ applied before any tax deductions. In the previous example, customs will be 100$, and the final value 545$

Foreign licence

If you are a foreign White Man with a valid residence permit in America, you can claim Minorities traveling into the country with you. You are required to pay an additional license with a cost of 200$. This license is valid for the next 90 days or until you leave the country and can be renewed indefinitely, paying 200$ every 90 days. You need to have one license per foreign Minority you want to claim. In case of leaving the country or not renewing the license, your Minorities will become Unclaimed and could be claimed by any American White Man.

Minors

For ethical reasons, our agents won't rate minors, so if you claim a minor, you only need to pay the $ 200$ base tax. A claimant must purchase the minors of any single parent minority they claim.

Once she reaches 18 years, she will be rated like any other Minority, and you will be required to pay any remaining taxes.

Beware! It is a serious criminal offense to use a minor sexually, including claimed ones, so once she reaches 18 years old, we expect to rate her as a virgin. If she is not, we will investigate you, and if we found it was you...
