Morning comes.

Jonny crawled out of bed at 6:45 and changed into a black smoke. He soon found himself at a apartment complex across town. There was a workout room on the first floor that was used by some of the residents. Inside, Leah was working out. She always would do her morning workout routine before she left for the station at 8. When Jonny's mist entered, she was running on the treadmill. Jonny just watched as his ex host continued run. He could watch her all day. But, he needed to be her today. Leah soon hit the stop button and walked over to grab her water bottle. She soon glanced into the mirror and said "Time to rock it today girl."

Jonny, still enjoying the show, chuckled to himself as he re-materialized behind her. "Time for us to rock it today Leah" as he put his hand on her shoulder. Before Leah even realized what had occurred, Jonny had already taken full control by entering through her nostrils. It didn't take long at all since she was already under Jonny's power. "Leah" then cracked her neck and stretched her shoulders. "Tight fitting clothes are the best feeling clothes" Jonny commented in his feminine voice feeling his new weight on his chest restrained by a lime green sports bra. He then glanced down and felt his strong, muscular, defined legs covered by yoga pants. "It feels good to be back." After a a long squeeze of his firm butt, Jonny decided he might have a go out a workout. He soon walked over to the bench press, hips swaying, and laid down. As a human, Jonny had been somewhat fit and benched many times before. However, bench pressing with a bubble butt what a new experience. "Leah" grunted and shifted trying to get in position that her host was accustomed to. "And I thought sitting was hard. This is thing Is going to take some getting used to." Jonny glanced down and saw two large bounds protruding from his chest. He smiled and said "at least when they say bar to chest, I don't have to go very far. Jonny soon lifted the bar they had an excess of 400 pounds on it with ease.

After his workout, "Leah" then turned into mist and reappeared in her room. Jonny quickly disrobed his fit body and stood in front of the mirror. He cupped his chest twice and stepped into the shower. After 10 minutes, Jonny then redressed himself in his crisp new police uniform. "Leah" needed to see Selina.
