John woke up to the sound of bacon sizzling. He groggily walked out in his pj bottoms and rubbed his eyes. "It's 8am, Naomi! Can you at least wait an hour before I-"

But it wasn't Naomi, standing before him was a buxom blonde woman in a black dress with white apron.

"Good mairnéng, mastair!" she said, "Ai am Yvétte, and i'll be sairveng you breakfast zis mairneng."

John froze, rubbed his eyes, "Where is Naomi?"

The maid shrugged, "Ai was tuld to gét you fed et réady fair le dai. You can spend yur timé een la bédruhm air any othair activitees. Le contésténts weehl like-lee be prepareng fair zéir challenge, but if you wish to meet up wiv un zeir phone numbairs are savéd een yur cell."

"I think I caught half of that," John said sitting down to a plate of pancakes, eggs, and bacon.

Yvette grabbed John's phone and opened it to the contacts list, "Alone timé air call a friend?"

"Gotcha," John said digging in, "Mhmmm... This is amazing!"

"Thank you, mastair!"

"Are you another contestant?"

"Oh non, ai am anothair sairvent to 'elp around. You'll find a couple of us if you wondair lé manshé-on and grounds."

The Contestants

The contestants woke up to instructions texted to them to prepare their own meals in the kitchen. The early birds were already getting down to business.

Jessica was the first one up and she was already making herself a health concious omlette in her red nightgown. She'd tried to put on pj bottoms like usual the night before, but the fabric was itchy to her skin, a consequence of her transformation she guessed.

Barbara walked in wearing a tank top and pink pj bottoms, "Good morning, Jessica..." She yawned.

"Rough night?" Jessica asked.

"Slept like a baby," Barbara said as she raided the fridge. "Man, they have everything here. You'd think they'd spring for some cook for us."

"You can get insta-meals out of that oven," Jessica said pointing to a futuristic oven with a digital display, "But it costs Bonus Points to do so."

"Hm... 5 bonus points don't seem like a lot to start with," Barbara said scanning through the menu, "Oooh, but eggs benedict on salmon... Fuck it, you only live once." She tapped the screen and she got eggs benedict with salmon on Portuguese sweet rolls and a side of home fries.

Veronica came in soon after already dressed in one of her fit and flare dresses, "Good morning, all." She was already heading to the fridge and grabbed a yogurt, fruit, and granola to make a parfait.

"You can use the oven to buy pre-cooked food, Veronica," Barbara said.

"I gathered," Veronica said sitting down with Barbara, "But I need save up if I want to try out what's available at the town."

"Do you know the prices?" Jessica asked, "Angie and I are going there later. I only saw prices for the clothing."

"No idea," Veronica said, "But I did see that aside from the decorations and clothing that there are some buffs you can get."

"Fuck..." Barbara said, "And now I'm down to 4 Bonus Points..."

"You could always try to find one of the hidden boons around the island."

"But there are traps too right?"

"Yeah, but no risk no reward," Jessica said.

A little bit later, Kim came in wearing a Kimono, Rose was dressed in a nightgown, Alex was wearing a T-shirt and jeans, and the Angies were already wearing matching blouses and skirts. None of the rest of the group opted to buy their meals.
