Dodge Left

The stunning Lioness leaps at him, and it seems there will be no contest. Marcus sluggishly leaps to the left, but the attempted dodge merely makes him more off balance as she slams into him. A powerful shove, and he’s on the ground, on his back. Right where she wants him. She giggles softly.

“I typically prefer my men on their knees, but this will do.”

Marcus tries to roll away and leap to his feet, but is immediately stopped by her foot, firmly shoving his chest right back into the ground. His spear remains on his back, untouched, right next to his shield, totally forgotten throughout the vixens soft touches, and now pinned beneath him, merely making his position more awkward and uncomfortable.

“No no, stay there for me. Stay, listen, obey, and you’ll be rewarded. Don’t you want to be rewarded?”

Her silky smooth voice makes him relax for an instant, before he snaps to awareness of himself once more. Her dulcet tones clearly have some sort of hypnotic effect, but it hasn’t completely taken him yet. He squirms again, grabbing her foot and throwing her off him, leaping to his feet and pulling his sword and shield out. As he’s doing this though, she’s already attacking. And she. Is. Mad.

“You little bitch! You could’ve had it all! I would’ve pampered you if you had just agreed to be mine!” She’s on top of him as he’s still pulling his shield on, slashing with her razor sharp claws. He gasps in pain, and flecks of blood go flying through the air. His flimsy leather army is torn to shreds, and it clearly isn’t the end of it. One arm bats the spear away, and the second follows it and sends it flying out into the underbrush of the jungle. Marcus readies his shield, determined to take the next attack and not lose his only protection, but the monster-girl steps back, still glaring.

“One last chance. Submit. Throw the shield, get naked, and get on your knees, and I won’t kill you.”
