Entering the Gym

While Santalune City was, well a city, it wasn't a huge city. Besides, the store they had gone shopping at had been in the Pokémon District. So when Bell and Louis left it didn't take them long to reach the Santalune City Gym

It was an large green building with large glass windows surrounded by more green plants. Bell admits to herself that she is feeling nervous, but she feels Louis take her hand, giving it a comfortable squeeze as she smiles at her.

Smiling back at him, Bell steps forward, pulling Louis behind her as she steps into her first Pokemon Gym.

Bell and Louis enter the gym. So, a few questions. Is this Gym Challenge JUST fighting the Gym Leader or will there be other trainers? Yes/No [Unlikely]: 3, 6; No, AND there is an obstacle course!

Will Weevil be among the other trainers? I'll go with unlikely because Bell has already encountered him plenty outside the gym. Having to fight him as well as the gym leader seems like overkill.

Yes/No [Unlikely]: 2, 1; No, BUT he is in the audience :D

Ok, so Bell Will have to overcome physical obstacles while battling trainers just to reach the Gym Leader. I did just find a random dungeon creator :D

Well, guess I'm turning the Pokémon Gym into a full on Dungeon now! :D With random Pokémon and Trainers instead of "monsters"

With that in mind, lets get started!

As the two of them step through the front doors, they find themselves in a lobby with two distinct lines. One line for audience members who wanted to watch, and another for those who wanted to Challenge the Gym.

"Unfortunately, this is where we must part ways by dear. But do not fret." Louis kisses the back of Bell's hand. "I will be rooting for you in the audience." (Louis Heart d8 v Bell Heart d8-2Gullible; 4 v 7-2)

"I appreciate your vote of confidence Louis." She takes her hand out of Louis' and turns away from him before he tries to kiss her, or something more. The something being the kind of things Bell knew Louis wanted to do to her were distractions. She didn't need distractions right now. "But I've got this."

Without even looking at him Bell hear the smile on his voice as he tell her. "I know you do."

With that Bell stepped towards the booth for challengers. Thankfully Bell didn't have to wait in line long and with in a few minutes she was sent through the challenge doors and stepped into the Gym as an Official Challenger.

It was then that Bell realized that she should have researched what the Gym Challenges actually were. Because while she had been expecting a simple arena, what she stepped into seemed more like an artificial forest, or a hedge maze, or a dungeon...

Well, at least she was well supplied...
