Trouble with the law

State Trooper Hendrickson was on duty at the highway that evening, mostly content with catching speeders. He heard a buzz on the dispatch. "All units, we have reports of a suspected **** mule riding on the highway. Suspect is a female with long red hair, about five foot seven. If you find anything be sure to bring any persons of interest into the station."

Hendrickson didn't pay much mind to the announcement. How would he be able to find a female with long red hair about five foot seven in a sea of possibly thousands of cars? Besides, illicit substances was not his department. He decided to keep at his current job of finding speeders and dealing with them as appropriate.
