Ok, heroes now prefer to sexually humiliate villains, but what about the villains? Those guys are still going for the kill instead of first sexually humiliating and then going for the kill.

Well, nothing that a few rules can't fix.

New rule: Villains prefer to sexually humiliate the heroes they fight rather than killing them, if they can afford it.

New rule: Villains usually carry tools that help them sexually humiliate the heroes they fight.

New rule: Most villains love the idea of making heroes their bitches, owning them and using them as sex slaves.

New rule: Most villains feel a deep shame whenever a hero dominates them sexually.

New rule: Villains love recording forcing themselves onto the heroes, so if they can afford to do it videos of heroes getting sexually dominated can easily make it's rounds around internet sites.

That seems good enough, you don't want villains to disappear but this seems like good rules to spice things up around here.
