Hypnosis for dummies

After Rachel leaves to return to the town, I ask Stella. "Holy shit! This power is amazing!" Stella seems happy to see me excited and tells me "That's good to hear." I then try to calm down since I now have this power and I need to make sure I don't mess this opportunity up. I need to ask some more questions to Stella, so I ask "Does my hypnosis have any limitation or restriction I should be worried about?"

Stella then thinks for a moment and shakes her head "Well... The only ones I can think of are that your orders only take effect in this realm, your orders can't change time or space, your orders won't change the state of physical matter, hypnosis doesn't affect beings who don't have minds of their own, and that your orders can't make someone do something impossible."

Then Stella continues "But that's it, you just need to think of an order and anyone with a mind in this realm will follow it. Besides the fact that everyone now treats your actions as common sense, and everything you do is perceived by everyone as perfectly normal." After she said that I thought to myself "Well those aren't too many limitations, but I guess I could've realistically made my power stronger if I thought more about it." But I really shouldn't complain.

I say "That's great to hear!" then I also ask Stella "But I'm curious about what you said about you not being able to grant me another wish. Like What would happen if you tried to grant me another wish?"

Stella then explains "Wishes require me to cast a huge amount of energy and link them to the person who made the wish, my energy was cut in half when I landed on this realm. So if I grant you another wish what would happen is that first I would die from spending too much energy and second is that your mortal body can't manage that much energy linked to it, so your body would overload and disintegrate to mere atoms." I then blink silently for a couple of seconds and then I say "Okay... Noted!"

I then take a deep breath, as my mind is still trying to process the fact that I now have hypnosis. While I continue to watch Stella's exposed body, I tell Stella "Either way, thank you for the wish, Stella. With this power of hypnosis now I can control anyone, well... almost anyone, I imagine you're immune to my hypnosis or something." Stella then looks at me with a confused stare and says "Ah, ¿No? You can give me orders too."

I then look at her with a surprised and confused look, I then ask her "Wait explain, what do you mean with I can give you orders too?" Stella then casually answers "You wished for an absolute hypnosis that affects everyone, so any being with a mind is affected by it, including me." My heart then begins to race a bit as I ask her "Wait! So you just didn't apply any mental resistance whatsoever to my hypnosis?" Stella then answers "I guess I could've done it before granting your wish, but I forgot... Do you want me to be immune to your hypnosis?" the correct thing would be to say yes but... I say with a grin "No, that won't be necessary."
