Cold Shower

Truthfully, there were two things, but the latter would be a partial admission Ethan isn't entertaining. So that left him with one: cold shower.

Wincing slightly, Ethan tries to make the process quick washing away the day's labor and any unwanted desires. He still opts to be thorough, making sure he is clean, but he feels his hands shake as the process runs on.

Finishing up and stepping out, Ethan quickly gets dressed hoping to stave off a chill. He doubles down on that thought by quickly slapping together a hot meal, which seems to even him out.

Now, he mulls over what to do next.

Or, just could just wait around and do nothing. Part of him feels like this is a waste of time, but it is an option.
