[GM] A strange figure

From the treeline emerges a woman clad in a dark dress and a wide-brimmed black sunhat. Two vulpine ears peek out from the hat, and a sympathetic smile is just barely visible on her veiled face.

"You poor dear (deer?)..." she says. "You're new here, I can tell. I can help you."

Thorn starts to bolt. The woman does not move to chase her.

“Now now, dear.” She says. “You need not be afraid! I was merely worried; I will not chase you. But if you have need of assistance, I’d be happy to offer it. You seem rather... at a disadvantage."

She looks up at Thorn, eyebrow cocked. "I have shelter not far from here. It's safer there, and I can offer you aid."
