You and Jodaz walk into one of the shops.

Jodaz walked into one of these stores. Have you seen the sign of this store on which it was written “Exclusively Exclusive Products of Distant Lands”. You opened the door and you followed Jodaz in. You notice that inside the store near the entrance there is one dwarf guard with a mace attached to his belt.

The human merchant who owned this store greeted Jodaz with a good-natured voice. When this merchant saw that you were walking with Jodaz, he only nodded to you. Have you noticed that all good nature has disappeared from the face of this merchant. This human merchant then rang the bell and soon another guard came out from the interior of the store. This time it was a human guard. You also noticed a mace on his belt.

You mentally chuckled. Your greenish face probably doesn't inspire much confidence in local merchants.

You saw how Jodaz began to closely examine the various products on the shelves. He carefully took some of them (those goods located on open shelves next to the sign "Tactile Inspection Allowed").

Jodaz tells you: “Look, Ulkin! There are so many things in this store that you would never have seen in the provincial town in which you were born! You look boredly at the shelves with goods. Jodaz's enthusiasm is clearly not characteristic of you.

Jodaz continues: “You see there are goods near the wall that are located on closed shelves? These goods cannot be touched. You can only look through the glass. Do you even know what glass is and how it is made in the capital of our Kingdom of Orlania? So, these goods are enchanted objects. See that axe, the blade of which is covered with runes and which glows with a faint silvery light? This ax was clearly made in the Despotate of Yalann. This state has famous masters of runic enchantment of weapons and armor... The export of such weapons and armor brings significant profit to the dwarves, who are the dominant majority in this state. This enchanted battle ax is capable of very many things, unlike a regular battle axe."

You are somewhat tired due to Jodaz's long-winded chatter. You didn’t really delve into the essence of his words. You simply waited until he was satisfied with inspecting the goods.

Finally, Jodaz left this store. You followed him.
