Opportunities

The next few days were quite relaxing after the previous excitement. Taking Elmeria even indirectly boosted by my Pure Land Dungeon had resulted in three more levels to Champion of Darkness so Muchness was giving me a whopping +400% to everything now. I spent most of a day enjoying Zeta's company giving her the children she'd asked for, Alpha and Beta then got involved wanting kids of their own so by the next day I had another three sets of triplets which seemed to be something of a magic number with my kids. With 15 of them now I figured I'd better stop procrastinating and decide what to call my new type of child. Nephilim seemed best as they were something of a mix between Angel, Devil, and the artificial lifeform of Gaia. Now to hope the Light didn't cheat again with some kind of epic flood to try and wipe out my children.

Speaking of Elmeria, her mind remained checked out even while her now modified body seemed to greatly enjoy my use of her. I'd gone the same route I had with her mother, breasts bigger than her head and body elasticity, but otherwise leaving her much the same as before. I didn't want to break her further but it really wasn't too much of a concern since with her power tied up in service to the Light I doubted she was any use to me aside from a sex toy, unlike Citrinas who had already proved both her use and loyalty. The Arch-Imago spent most of her time now in my library fascinated by some of my books that she had never seen before. I'd modified her as well now the gambit with the Archbishop was over and she appreciated how her new nine foot frame let her more easily handle the large books. I'm not sure if she appreciated her new larger breasts but didn't seem to hate them either. She'd seemed to fully embrace nudity though and hadn't even looked for a set of clothes for her larger body, apparently she'd always considered clothes something of a bother and was glad to be done with them. I still hadn't gotten her pregnant yet but she was a damn quick study at the joys of sex and we'd had a lot of fun together.

Amalica joined her soldiers in caring for the next crop of Orcs after she had recovered from blimphood. She'd only checked in on Elmeria once, more to reassure herself she was no longer in danger from her spawn it seemed than in actual care for her but after years of living in fear of her daughter I couldn't really blame her. I could and did blame her for her previous **** that had caused poor little Ria to turn out as she had though but I'd punished her plenty for that and her other crimes already. I did make sure to tell her former soldiers that she was in no way in charge and to treat her like an equal at best. Some of them seemed to be rather looking forward to paybacks of their own.

Things were still on schedule with Orchid. I'd popped over for our next scheduled meeting and left her and two of her advisers pregnant with more kits. Unsurprisingly my Kitsune children were growing much faster than normal and Orchid expected they'd be a big boon towards her unification efforts sooner than expected.

No word back from Alanna yet, but that was a good thing since she'd only have teleported back if things had gone badly. I did remind myself again to have Citrinas make another Runestone communication network so I'd be able to leave one with her for her next invasion.

The fighting between the Dwarves and the Giants had really blown up with several more tribes of Giants joining the fray and a full on mobilization of Dwarven forces. The flock kept watch on the fighting only getting involved when survivors were limited. This hadn't gained me any more prisoners but plenty of loot and kept the girls fed. I was worried the conflict might get one of the remaining Champions involved. If Runa showed up that could be a great opportunity but if it was Tomoko that could be really really bad. The Dwarves had a whole nation to throw at the Giants though so they should be able to get the upper hand without intervention eventually. Fingers crossed.

I knew the last Champion of Light wouldn't show up though because Delta had let me know about another ongoing conflict between a horde of wasp women and their drones and a army of tribeswomen lead by Amazon Queen Alkadabuki. Turns out her Dungeon was in the same rain forest as the fighting. I wasn't sure if that was planned by Gaia, but I wouldn't put it past her which made me wonder just where Epsilon's Dungeon had ended up. Still, getting involved here could net me not only Alkadabuki but the Hornet Empress as well. I really didn't need her for anything aside from my oath to fight the forces of Darkness, but I wasn't going to not capture a hot redhead who could birth armies even without my Seedbed abilities. The Amazon Queen could be interesting, she was a hell of a warrior from all accounts but my boosted form and abilities might mean I could take her head on. She was quite likely stronger, but I would bet my speed especially when buffed by magic could trump her strength. It really doesn't matter if you can hit harder if you can't land a blow. However her immunity to physical damage was a large problem. My poisons could probably wear even her down over time but were useless if I couldn't pierce her skin, but I also had Black Fire. She didn't take much damage from magic but it wouldn't take much to burn past skin and expose body fluids. There was the matter of her summoning spirits and an army of Amazons too but between Alpha, Beta, and a swarm of Marilith's I'd call them covered. Still going head on just wasn't my style and with the army out fighting wasps that meant there wasn't much left defending whatever village Alkadabuki's love interest and his girl were hiding out in.

Before I got involved in any of this though I had a much bigger fish to fry. I'd received a letter of all things in a very fancy envelope delivered by a very large bat. The letter turned out to be from Court Mage Leraje who had gotten word on my "meddling" as she called it and wanted to interview me for a position at court. This as you can imagine I found rather hilarious as I was indeed after a position at court alright, as her new boss.

It was also pretty funny just how transparent her attempt at spying on me was, as not only could I tell with God's Eye that the bat was really a Vampire but I could read her thoughts on what she was doing while pretending to just be hanging around waiting for a response. Leraje should probably have used a more magical means of transport for her letter since she would have likely been more aware when her messenger was rendered **** by Citrinas from the doorway to the library at my mental prompting. I couldn't complain about her choice aesthetically though because when the stunned Vampire took on her more human appearance after falling to the ground she was gorgeous. Tall, thin but well toned, pale perfect skin, long midnight black hair, and generous breasts completed a compelling picture. She looked even better with her slim black dress removed and a Mark of Submission on her stomach. I let Morgana go back to her former mistress with my reply that I'd love to have an interview but she'd have to come here as I was unable to leave my Dungeon, sworn that she would give Leraje only information that would make her feel safe in coming, and with wards placed upon her by Citrinas to keep our tampering from being noticed.

All told a nice and relaxing three days but with possibilities full of potential ahead. Oh and Elmira spoke at last though her thoughts were still scattered. She just said a single word "Master." Still that was a good sign and I took it as a omen of good things to come.
