Contrary to the exterior, the sound of the Maelstrom itself is naught but a muffled, almost relaxing sound from back through the hole far above your head, like listening to a rainstorm from within your room. The interior is quite beautiful too. This particular room is wide and round, and with the ornate carvings along the walls and the colourful patterns on the floor, it looks like you're standing in a sort of church. It's lit by floating jellyfish, which upon closer inspection, are stationary and not actually living creatures. There's also a single, large set of double doors ahead, though not so massive to where Selinda won't have to swim through head-first.

"Is everyone okay?" you ask before checking in on the party.

Kailani is there. Selinda too. Candy of course is fine. Though Snow is a little frazzled.

She stands there, still with her sea shell bra, though the other thing covering her bottom-half is her sword which she holds self-consciously in the way, still in its scabbard. "I m-managed to keep my weapon, Kyle."

"Woah! I can see the kitty's kitty!" Candy exclaims.

"No you can't!" Snow looks down anyway, terrified that she isn't doing a good enough job at covering up.

"Oh dear. I'm so sorry, Snow. I keep forgetting that surface-dwellers need to wear things on the bottom. Legs are so strange to me," Kailani says.

Snow shifts uncomfortably in place. "Oh gods. Please. I don't want to see the Demon King like this. Surely there's something I can use to cover up down here."

Selinda frowns. "Here. Take this." She reaches for her top, takes hold of it around her cleavage, and pulls it down, popping her massive melons out for all to see. Then she unravels it around until she has a single long, wide piece of seaweed. She offers it down to the bottomless catfolk.

"A-Are you sure?" Snow asks.

She moves her arms to cover up her bust, albeit barely. "I'll be fine. If the Demon King wants to mock me for my amazing breasts, then she can go right ahead. You on the other hand look so flustered and afraid, and it was partially my fault you lost your clothes to begin with."

"No, no. You saved us."

"Wear it. You can pay me back by putting the Mistress of the Depths in her place."

Snow nods. Carefully, she wraps it all around her waist, and in the end, it makes for a long skirt--down to her knees, though a little higher on one side versus the other. Still, it's the most modest skirt you've probably seen in this world. It fits surprisingly well given she still wears the top of a mermaid. With scabbard in-hand, she looks to you with a nod, though with a hint of colour still across her nose. "I'm ready. Thank you, Selinda.

You catch Candy staring at your lower body. "You good?"

"Oh yeah. With seeing Snow bottomless, and Selinda topless, I was waiting to see it go woooop." As she makes the strange noise, she raises her finger up suggestively. "Performance problems?"

"Self-control."

"You're no fun!"

"Please, Candy. Let's go," Snow says. "Try to control yourself a little longer."

The clown plants her hands on her hips. "Are you kidding me? This is the most fun I've had in ages! The other Chairmen can be fun to mess with once in awhile, but I don't even remember the last time I've done something as wild as this. My heart is racing. I've got goosebumps. If something else bizarre happens, I might explode!" She snickers with a wide showing of her teeth.

"You say fun, but I say terrifying," Kailani mutters as her eyes scope the room around her. But then she smacks the trident shaft into her other hand. "But I'm ready. I'm no coward. Come on, Kyle. I'm ready to face whatever it is the Dark One has instore."
