You won't be able to insult anyone if you can't talk so for the rest of the day you will only be able to communicate by barking like a dog. That shouldn't be a problem for a total bitch. Dr Darke put the phone down and, once Natalia had been sent on her way, he went to his waiting room to call for his next client, Millie Stone, who revealed herself to be an impossibly cute brunette.

"Thank you so much for seeing me!" she beamed as she took a seat in his office.

"It's my pleasure Miss Stone, how can I help you?"

"This probably sound silly and I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time but I'm a terrible people pleaser. I suppose I'm just too nice for my own good. I get taken advantage of all the time - by my friends and family, at work and especially by men. My love life has really suffered because I am always the one doing all the giving and making all the compromises in a relationship. I would be really grateful if you could help me to be a bit more assertive, toughen me up a bit. If that isn't too much trouble!"

Dr Darke smiled. He could hardly be mean to someone so adorable. But he was sure he could find a way to help Millie that both of them would find enjoyable.
