Transforming Chess

Jim and Bill were two bored college students spending a weekend alone at Jim’s family’s cottage.

After hours of sitting on the couch Bill exclaimed, “Dude why didnt we get anyone else to come up here?”

“Come on man, we asked everyone we knew. But they all wanted to go to the rivalry football game instead.”

“Yeah yeah, i know. It just sucks. It’s raining and there is nothing to do inside.”

“Its not like there is nothing…. We could play a board game.” Bill suggested.

“Ha, right. Id rather just watch TV.”

*BOOOM* At that moment a giant lighting strike hit near the house and immediately cut the power.

“Okay, okay, i guess now we could play chess.”

“Ill go find the board.” And Bill scurried away.

Moments later Bill comes back with a chess board in a pink box.

“What the heck is that?”

“Idk man, but its a chess board. It has a bunch of other weird pieces though.”

Bill pulled out a chess board, all of the normal pieces, and then… the peculiar extras….
