The only possible choice

Kael takes a deep breath, and looks between Ria and Evie again. “I would be crazy if I didn’t agree to this, but…are you both sure? You have to admit, it’s an odd situation.”

Ria shrugs. “Is it? Having a relationship with a **** and with someone else isn’t considered odd, you know that. And as much as you and I disagree with slavery, Evie is still technically a ****. Besides, even among the champions, look at Koa. He’s happy together with the orcish sisters, and no one bats an eye.”

Kael chuckles. “You had your argument all lined up. How much of this did you two plan this morning? You didn’t have that much time together.”

Ria looks sheepish. “Well…I was already thinking about suggesting it earlier, I just didn’t know how. And then this morning, I talked to Evie…”

Evie interrupts. “And I had a similar idea, master. As I said, I know what is in your mind. You still care deeply for Miss Ria.”

Kael nods. “Fair. And so you two cooked this up together?”

Ria shrugs. “Nothing so complicated. This morning, she straight out told me to seduce you at dinner.”

Kael turns to Evie, surprised. The elf blushes deeply. “It’s true, master. I told her you still love her. And I told her that I would like to get to know her better.”

Kael chuckles, shaking his head. “Well, this is not what I expected. I’m not complaining, but…wow.”

Ria laughs. “Don’t worry, big guy, we’ll take things slowly. You two are just starting, I don’t want to ruin that. But…I wouldn’t mind being a part of it.”

Evie stands, beginning to clear away the plates. “I think you’ve made a good decision, master.”

Kael smiles. “I hope so. I wouldn’t want to hurt either of you.”

Ria grins. “Damn right. If you did, you know I’d beat you up!”

Kael rolls his eyes. “Even all dressed up, you never change, Ria.”

Ria stands, sauntering around to Kael, and she stands beside him with her hands on her hips. She waits until he’s looking at her, resplendent in her revealing red dress, and then she leans down to kiss him on the lips. They hold the kiss for a long time, and when she finally stands up straight, Kael is gasping. He sees Evie standing in the doorway, covering her lips to hide her giggles. Ria winks, before slowly approaching the blushing elf. She pulls Evie close, and gently kisses her as well. Evie seems to melt against the larger woman, and when they part, they look into each other’s eyes for a moment, both smiling.

Finally, Ria turns back to Kael with a wide grin. “And I’ll leave you both with that little preview. I think this will be a lot of fun, for all of us. Have a good night, you two…”

With another wink, Ria heads out the door, grabbing her coat along the way. Once the door closes, Evie turns to Kael, a dazed look on her blushing face.

“M-master, can we…can the dishes wait for a while? I need…”

Kael nods, knowing exactly what she wants. “Yes. I think that’s a good idea.”

He barely gets the words out before Evie rushes over and grabs him by the hand. There’s an eager light in her eyes as she practically drags him towards the bedroom.
