First Step in Teyvat.

Ethan was wearing a dress shirt under a black trench coat with pants and boots, something he thought would help him blend in.

Freya was next to him in her "Fate Breaker" armor from the Ragnarok game, it looked better than her normal outfit. He bow was hanging from her back. She wondered why she would need it.

"Where will we end up once we enter?" Freya asked as they were about to go through the door.

"Huh... I'm not sure." Ethan rubbed his chin. "Most likely Mondstadt, It's considered the first place to start in the game."

Freya nodded. "Well, let's see." With that the two entered the door.

They went through a small lobby in between and made it to the other door in the end, opening the door, they entered and found themselves in the wilderness.

"Huh... oh this is one of those domains." Ethan realized as he looked behind them. "It's the one in Mondstadt, so I was right."

Freya looked around and was amazed by how beautiful the scenery looked. "Amazing." Freya smiled softly.

Ethan looked at her and then at the scenery. "It is, isn't it?" Ethan commented and walked up next to her. "Lets explore for a bit before we head into the city, okay?"

Freya nodded. "Understood." They made their way through the valley, Freya spotted some humanoid creatures around a campfire along with a large brute.

"Ah hilichurls." Ethan followed her gaze. "That's why I asked you to bring your bow.. huh looks like Teyvat's magic is already doing its charm." Ethan looked at her back.

Freya raised an eyebrow and looked over her shoulder but her bow was gone! Panicking, she searched for it, she was surprised to see it appear when she reached for it.

"A good think about Teyvat, weapons disappear when the user doesn't need it." Ethan smirked.

"You could've told me that." Freya rolled her eyes and looked at the hilichurls. "They won't harm us will they?"

"If we get too close, they'll notice, come on, let's go around." Ethan guided her around and they made it to a Statue of the Seven.

"This is one of Teyvat's gods am I right?" Freya asked, feeling the magic in the statue.

"Barbatos, the god of the wind and freedom, there are seven nations and each nations has a god ruling over them... Or well some of them, Barbatos is the second god of Mondstadt, the first was a tyrant and when Barbatos took over, he didn't want to rule over the nation, he wanted to let them decide for themselves, giving them freedom."

Freya took the information in. "So where is he now?"

Ethan laughed. "He's hiding amongst his people, if you see him and I know you'll be able to, don't say anything, he prefers to be anonymous."

Freya couldn't help but smile, a god like that she wanted to meet, they made their way to through the forest until they reached the city, Freya was looking the place over, she wasn't familiar with large structures like this, she hasn't even been to the city on Earth Prime.

"Let's go inside, hopefully we won't run into trouble." Ethan took her to the bridge that led to the gates. Freya noticed a young boy playing with the birds.

They passed the boy and scared the birds away, she felt bad but Ethan just told her that they would return.

"Why is he there all alone?" Freya asked, frowning.

"That's a bit complicated." Ethan sighed as they reached the gate.

"Halt, what's your business here?" The gate guardsman asked us.

"Just tourists!" Ethan smiled. "We're just exploring the place."

The guardsman looked us over. "Very well but you must sign this, we need a record." The man handed Ethan a book.

Ethan rolled his eyes and took the pen and started to write his and Freya's name.

Soon they were let inside.

"Okay, let's look around and maybe buy some..." Ethan paused when he saw Freya looking at some flowers.

Thankfully the lobby had a currency converter so he could spend here.

After buying some seeds, the duo went around.

"This is a very nice place, so peaceful." Freya smiled.

"Yeah, we came at a good time." Ethan responded and they stopped when cats ran past them.

"Come back!" A girl with cat ears and tails was running after the cats.

"Oh my." Freya looked in awe at the sight. "She's adorable."

"Figured." Ethan chuckled as they continued walking.

Ethan look over his shoulder and spotted a woman with a large hat watching them. She ducked back into the corner.
