A causal dress code, with extra normality

The corset and shoulder cape should be removed, with the shirt being shortened to be just long enough to hold in the girls boobs. Also bras should be banned so that their breasts jiggle more. The skirt is fine as is. But any and all underwear is banned. As this is normally acceptable school dress code, No one will care or even notice the exposure the clothes give the students, with everyone including the girls themselves treating the clothes as if they were normal conservative clothes, and men normally pay absolutely no attention to the bodies of any and all female kuoh academy student.

"Oh and before i forget, all male kuoh academy students besides myself should be quite normally transferred to other schools immediately, no more boys should be allowed to enroll, and despite my presence, kuoh academy should be considered a normal all girls school."
