"Not a lot today, it's going to be a light one" Gloria answers "Two consults and one surgery"

"Wow, that is a light day" You pause and think "How's tomorrow?"

Gloria nods "Don't worry, the rest of your week is full with only a few open spaces. Today just had two cancellations"

"Ah that's good, Oh and don't call the cops on the Busker outside, I invited her and she is my guest"

Gloria raises one eyebrow "You let a busker hangout outside? ... that's odd"

You reach down and cup Gloria's chin with one hand. "Don't worry, You are still one of my favourites"

She immediately blushes. "That's not what I meant... but thank you"

"One of these days, I'm going to manage to get you to dress a little more... provocatively. For me, I mean" with a wink "You have such wonderful breasts that it's such a shame that you cover up so much"

Gloria blushes so hard that she goes bright red. She turns away from you and clears her throat. "Maybe someday... but yes... you are free for an hour still."
