Morning Training

"Come on. Eat up!"

Walt smiled and ate the fork full of food that Senko was feeding him. It was a little embaressing with an audience but it was also worth it because he could return the favor. "Your turn!" He said after swallowing and lifted his fork full of food for her. "Open wide now."

*Nom* "Mmmmm... this is pretty good! What do you call this dush again? It's very hearty!"

Walt grinned. "Mountain Man breakfast. It's all the usual hearty breakfast staples but cooked in one skillet or dutch oven like we used. It's not "fancy" but it's very filling and easy. Great for inexperienced cooks or ones that have a simple kitchen setup and lots of mouths to feed."

Senko fed him another bite. "Sometimes simple is best." She wagged her tail.

Walt nodded. He enjoyed seeing everyone enjoying breakfast and happy... and everyone seemed to be happy and congratulatory towards Senko. Even Mystique mumbled something halfway nice! Much like Penny, Walt didn't want to know the person who couldn't get along with Senko. She was just that sweet, pleasant and friendly.

But he sighed and finished breakfast in a rush, he needed a lot of nutrients thanks to the ladies and had things to do. He saw quite a few of the others do the same nodding. Penny came out of the kitchen with his thermos nodding as well. It was time.

They bid the rest a good morning and a surprisingly large number of them left heading for the base.

Arriving at one of the larger training facilities with the ladies who'd be helping, he was surprised by not only Peter but the rest of the suits design team as well as quite a few others.

"What's all this?" He asked.

"Well you see, Boss," Hal Emmerich started pushing up his glasses as Lucius Fox and several others nodded. "We planned to update you on the latest changes to the suit."

"And Peter kinda asked around for further advice telling us about your situation," Dr Banner said.

"Specifically about your particular concerns regarding Ms Stacy and the others," Otto Octavious said then he patted Norman Osborne on the shoulder. "A lot of us wanted to help."

Norman sighed but nodded making a resolved face. "I particularly feel that way." He glanced at Peter who nodded giving him a thumbs-up that actually made him smile a bit. "If it saves a Gwen Stacy or the others or even you I want to help. Personally. If you'll let us?"

Tony Stark cleared his throat and put his hand on a Steve Roger's shoulder. "All right let's not drag out this kumbaya moment."

Steve smirked. "Show of hands for everybody who wants to help the Boss by kicking his ass into shape in an extreme training session!"

A crowd of hands goes up as Tony blinks putting his up as well, "Did you just say "Ass"? Steve swore! Let the record show this is a serious moment so that's how seriously we need to take this people. Why are some of you not suited up yet? Looking at you Kent, Banner. Why's your shirt not torn?"

Bruce sighed taking off his labcoat and glasses. "Seems gratuitous but fine... ah... grr..." he says half heartedly as he tears his T-shirt.

Kent nodded taking his glasses and shirt off carefully and folding it to reveal his supersuit. "I'm not ripping buttons off just for your amusement, Stark. It's always a pain finding them all. By the way I got to go cover at the Cries From the Abyss Karaoke later. They begged."

Walt shook his head. "I told you just switch to Snaps already. It's so much easier, buddy."

"Hahah!" Sasha laughed rubbing her hands together. "This is gonna be fun!... right?"

One of the Solid Snakes gives her a thumbs-up. "Oh this is gonna be a real blast for some of us!"

Raven smirks and deadpans as she moves things out of the back of the truck with her telekinesis, "Woo hoo," but her rabbit tail is twitching and she's bouncing on her feet standing in place just like-

Peter Parker looks at Penny asking, "Did you bring them?"

Penny nods excitedly bouncing in place holding up the suped up boom box Walt recognized. There were amps and speakers from the "band days" as well. "I did! Daisy sent over some additional equipment as well saying our system was too modern and wouldn't have the right "feel". Friday has a selection of "training montage music" ready to go!"

(("Indeed. We are, not surprisingly, well prepared for exactly this type of odd situation as usual, Penny."))

"Penny," Kenobi calls out from some staging. "You and your friends should set those up over here! High ground!" He grins as Penny waves back shouting, "Okaaay!"

Walt sighs. "So that's why so many of you came and insisted that we take the Canyonero... yall are a bit into this... how many folks did Petey, message?" He realized everyone had moved away giving him a bit of space and spun around quick as his gut kicked in warning him about "trouble".

He caught the knife and knocked it out of the hand that held it. He twisted as he turned to throw his opponent but she tripped his leg and they both rolled apart from each other. "Everybody," Joy told him smiling slightly rising up and standing at ease.

Walt groaned standing as Penny and Neo came running over to check on him and see if he was ok. Then Penny grinned and flip kicked nearly getting him in the face before pirouetting away as Neo swept his legs out from under him. "Penny" held up her phone with the message [Everybody] as she changed into Neo and "Neo" morphed grinning with glee into Mystique. She didn't necessarily want to help him... but she wasn't going to miss this opportunity to actually attack someone and work out some frustration!

"Everybody. Ribbit," Tsuyu also said as she and Anastasia helped him up. Anastasia actually dusted him off and smacked his ass surprising him. "Surprisingly you have fans," she said cheekily.

"Not that surprisingly," Blake said as Yang nodded grinning. Walt noticed they were standing even closer together and holding hands. It looked good.

"And they wanted to show you their support," Pyrrha said turning him while Nora grinned. Sure enough a small crowd was gathering. It looked like a surprisingly large portion of everyone who wasn't currently on duty, assignment or busy elsewhere had started to show up.

Ponies with a banner reading [Hoss Boss! Hooray!]. Troi was helping Crusher set up a first-aid area just incase. Soma, Aiya and Honey were setting up a refreshment station while it looked like Raylan and Rally were taking a bet with Zangief, Yondu and Balalaika. The Bulmas were dressing Data up as a cheerleader laughing as Goerdi laughed... and so many more kept arriving.

Walt nodded and blushed a bit. It was nice. Embaressing but nice. "Yeah... I see. Friday?"

Walt nodded. "Two things. Two word message to everyone. "Thank you." And let's make the most of this. Release however many seals you have to inorder to maximize stamina, endurance, vitality, and health regeneration and recovery."

(("Understood, Boss. Message sent and setting to "unstoppable mode" preset leaving all other parameters at their "base" setting... have fun."))

Walt smiled engaging the scouter. "Thanks. Okay you ladies lets continue that warmup while you guys brief me on the suit. Then Pete I want you to show me the webshooters and how to "Spider-Man" especially since I don't stick to things and my "gut" works a bit differently from your "tingle". Steve I could use a refresher with the shield and can you and Tony look mine over? I want to know if the Colonel's is different from the Captains. I got an idea about how to use it with the webshooters for some slingshot style maneuvers. Then were going to go into focusing on mobility and then the priority. Focusing on the support, rescue and safety of teammates, allies and civilians and specifically mistakes to NOT make..."
