Twins and mom

Both of them sat back criss-crossed with legs folded each other. Instinctively, they didn't know how to eat out of the bowl until Aki showed them out. Up until then, they've been using their claws to tear and shred bodies apart to eat. Such a warm broth filled their stomachs whole with heated gasps of satisfaction.

They started their education with aloe, horsetail and rosemary. The list of them went on and on with minor breaks in between. With so little herbs their family had in their procession after the harsh winter. It'll make Kino and Ynni very useful with their time outside to mature to collect everything in their path. Excluding anything poisonous for the obvious reasons.

As nights would come, both twins would find themselves in Aki's arms. They only had a couple days before leaving, and they were growing up so fast. Every second to every minute felt internally lengthy, even if they appeared to age fast.

"Mommy.. When do you think you'll find a mate? Someone to mark, to love.."

Kino asked curiously.

"Silly Kino.. She loves Shae, look at how they gaze at each other.. "

Ynni murmured, turning her amber gaze up at Aki. Kino joined her in awe.

"Would there be a way to.. Grant her a body like us all, so mommy can be marked? The heat cycles... We protect around home and we see so many monsters.. "

Kino muttered, laying her head gently on Aki's shoulder. Her blue gaze narrowing. What Shae does is a temporary fix on Aki when they mate and the creatures around them know it.
