Sad Observation

Within the weeks that came to pass, Aki warmed to the presence of her sisters, having more family around her felt as if all she'd been through was a distant memory.

On the land surrounding them as well, two more cottages began to go up, slowly but steadily. A home for Lu and Luan. And a home for Taiyō and Mio.

"Aki has three beautiful daughter's... and Lu is pregnant... does it not make you sad to not have children of your own?"

Taiyō asked softly, lowering his gaze. He sometimes felt he shouldn't have seduced her back when they were younger. By now his beloved kraken queen could have found a female and actually started a family. He couldn't give her what she wanted, they both produced seed.. not eggs...
