Round 2!

"Now it's time to start the second match! This time it'll be between Lakey, a Lady of The Lake, and Nick, one of our new members!" Asami says while pointing to Nick. He jumps down from the stands and runs over to Asami. At the same time, Lakey appears from a pillar of water. It shoots up a few feet away from Asami. Once the two are in place Asami backs up. "The rules are the same as the last match. Are you two ready?"

"Yep!" Lakey says cheerfully.

"Yeah." Nick says nervously. Asami nods and starts the match. Lakey holds her hand out and creates a whip of water. At the same time, Nick creates another golem. I didn't get to see him make it last time we sparred. He presses his palm on the ground and sends some mana through it. This causes a magic circle to appear. The golem climbs out of the ground, almost like a zombie climbing out of a grave in those horror movies. Nick and the golem run toward Lakey, with the golem in the front. Lakey pulls back before swinging her whip at Nick. The golem jumps in front of him, taking the hit. Her whip digs into its stone body. It gets a few inches in before stopping. The whip wraps itself around the golem, nearly covering its chest. She pulls back lifting the golem up off the ground. Nick stomps the ground as she lifts it up. Three rocks lift up before he sends them at her. She reaches her free hand out and creates a wall of water.

"That was a nice try, Nick. But sorry, Earth magic doesn't mix well with me." Lakey says as the rocks hit the wall. They break into a bunch of small pieces inside the water wall. Lakey pulls her whip back and throws the golem into the wall behind her. At the same time, she places her palm against the water wall. The water begins to change its shape. It becomes more slender and turns into a horse and rider. It looks eerily similar to the Headless Horseman, except its head is on its shoulders. She must've used him as a base to model it. I think before she snaps her fingers. The horseman rushes Nick, lifting his sword up to attack. Nick raises his shield and blocks the attack. He buckles under the weight but stays on his feet. The horseman turns around to attack again. Nick stomps the ground causing it to shake. The horseman stumbles from the vibrations. Several large chunks of rock lift themselves from the ground. They surround Nick, and there have to be at least fifteen maybe twenty of them. They all go flying toward Lakey who raises another wall of water. The rocks all break from the pressure inside the water. Just as the last rock breaks in the water, Lakey gets smacked down to the ground. Nick's golem had slowly snuck up behind her, careful not to make a sound. It's missing an arm, which probably broke when it hit the wall. Lakey turns to the golem and raises her hands. Before she can do anything, the ground opens up underneath her. She falls into the hole before she gets trapped under stone. It shoots from the ground and bends to wrap around her. Once it's done, it looks like she's trapped in a sleeping bag made of stone. Her face is the only part of her that's not covered. The golem gets above her and swings its arm toward her face. At the same time, Lakey's horseman swings its blade for Nick's head. He's holding his palm against the ground to keep Lakey bound. Before either of their attacks can land, Asami intervenes. Her Minotaur smashes Nick's golem with its Cerburus Hammer while her Wolf lifts the horseman up with its tails. it bites down on its head, causing it to lose shape and turn into a puddle.

"That was a very good match you two. Unfortunately, it's a draw. You both managed to deliver, what would've been, a killing blow at the same time." Asami says into the microphone. She's standing on the railing separating the stands from the arena. The crowd starts applauding them. Nick stands up, removing his palm from the ground and releasing Lakey.

"That sucks. But I'm surprised Nick. I didn't think you could create that tough of a golem." Lakey says while walking over to Nick. She reaches her hand out.

"Thanks, but I just got lucky. Its arm broke its landing. If it didn't, I would've lost." Nick says while shaking her hand. The two return to the stands while Asami gets on her Wolf. She rides it to the center of the arena.

"Now, for the third match! It'll be Luna, our Twin-Tailed Wolf, against Larion, the Starry Night Guild Master!" Asami says getting everyone's attention. I see practically everyone sit up at the mention of Larion. Luna jumps into the arena happily and excitedly.

"Yes! I've been wanting to do this!" Luna says causing Asami to chuckle. My Gramps jumps into the arena and gets ready.

"The rules are the same as the last two matches. Are you both ready?" Asami asks while her Wolf backs up.

"Yes!" Luna says while casting Ancient Beast Strength.

"Let's do this." My gramps says.

"Then begin!" Asami shouts before her Wolf jumps to the stands.
