Tour the City - Western Citadel Night life

I decided to tour the city, this place was so huge I could only imagine the secrets and wanderlust seeping through these cobbled streets. I finally arrived at the western citadel. I was supposed to meet that annoying guide here...ah and what do you know there he is. Creepily on timing as usual.
