Zombies, skeletons and ghosts, oh my!

They had barely gone ten more feet before being beset upon by a large gathering of undead creatures. "What the hell!?" Cremea demanded as she smashed at a skeleton with her mace, destroying it. "We never fought THIS many undead at a time down here before!"

"You're right!" Fio agreed, shooting a zombie in the kneecap to hinder it. Aqua quickly proceeded to start spamming Turn Undead, but more kept coming.

"Ack!" Kazuma yelped, backing away from a crowd of zombies.

"I got this Kazuma!" Rin shouted, getting in front of him, and pointing her staff at the zombies, muttering an incantation. "Fireball!"she shouted upon completion of the chant, and blasted the zombies.

"Hell yeah!" Kazuma whooped, pumping his fist... Before freezing up in horror at the exact same time as Rin.

"...hey Kazuma?" she asked hesitantly.

"Yeah Rin?"

"...I think I just done goofed," Rin chuckled nervously.

"I think so too Rin," Kazuma wept comically. They then proceeded to run screaming from the zombies Rin had just blasted, which were still chasing them... Only now they were doing so while on fire. Whoops.

Five minutes later, the whole group was wheezing, having had to beat a hasty retreat from the undead horde, Aqua muttering about how she hadn't been able to purify them all.

Cremea then paused and stared at Kazuma's sword. "...dare I even ask?" she deadpanned.

"Got startled by a ghost while we were running, swung at it, sword went through it and hit the stone wall," Kazuma summarized in a dead tone as he stared at what was, once again, his broken sword.

"Hey look, a treasure chest!" Aqua shouted excitedly, about to run to it... Before being tripped by Fio.

"That's a mimic, dumbass," she deadpanned as Aqua laid prone. "We already told you guys, this dungeon has been cleaned out of treasure."

"Ahhh..." Aqua whined.

"Is someone there?" a dusty old voice asked, causing the party to freeze and turn towards the source, ready to fight.
