Katie pulled Regina's shorts back on while Mark struggled with her the sports bra, luckily they left the girl's shoes and socks on so they didn't have to deal with that. Regina's long hair was still out of its bun and a mess as they wrestled her into her t-shirt. Mark eyed his both his now time-stopped sister and girl friend and smirked. This was something that he thought he would never get used to, he would always been excited when he stopped time. He was about to unfreeze Katie and then Regina but then thought that sometime with him and his sister would probably work better with this.

START Regina.

"...Well I'm waiting...." Regina continued with a cocky smirk.

"It's done, time is stopped," Mark replied gesturing with arm at the frozen world. "Look outside..."

Regina looked at her brother suspiciously before walking over to the window. Her eyes went wide in awe a she saw birds frozen in mid-flight outside along with a guy on bike right in front of the house in the street. A little further up the block she spotted cars just seemingly parked in the middle the street. "Shit..." she breathed.

When she turned around another shock hit her as her eyes fell on Katie. The dark-haired girl stood stock still with one hand on her hip and the other up at chest level. Her mouth with open as if to say something but there was nothing coming out of her parted lips. Her eyes were closed to slits being caught in mid-blink. Regina stepped up Katie. "Yeah," Mark simply answered. "When I stop time everyone is frozen, I can unfreeze them or freeze them individually after or during the fact."
