Use your personal downtime to go to town

“Oi kid, I’m taking a quick run back to town. Let the others know when you get a sec.” You yell over to Darren.

“Yeah yeah sure thing.” Darren says probably only half paying attention.

You duck through the treeline that borders your camp and slowly navigate the forest trail leading back to the main road. Eventually you reach the main road and begin your hour or so long journey back to Crag Glen.

After some time on the path your feel something particular. The hairs on the back of your neck stand up as your whirl around raising your shield.

THWUNK

You are surprised by the force of something hitting your shield. An javelin sticks out of your shield, a javelin which would have pierced into your back had you not reacted.

What the hell? I’m being attacked!? By who!?
