Ask about the others in his party

“Tell me about the others in yer’ party lad. I’m curious.” You take a seat on a nearby log.

“Oh gosh you wanna know about those morons? I can tell you but it’s not gonna be pretty.” He pauses his martial arts turning to you as he begins.

“Well you’ve already met Frosty. She’s about what you’d expect by looking at her. No physical power at all but she’s a Cryomancer who can summon ice. She can be useful… sometimes. If you wanna see truely useless you should meet the other two!”

“The ones who got captured?”

“Yep those ones. Kayo is our cleric, problem is she never heals or does cleric things. She tries to fight like you or I would but doesn’t have the skill to back it up. As such she charges into every fight headfirst and might occasionally toss out a cleric spell. None of them help us though, she only uses offensive cleric spells of which there aren’t many.”

“So like a wanna be paladin then?”

“Yea something like that. I doubt think she’ll ever be good enough to earn the silver rank that goes being with a paladin though.” Darren says placing a telltale hand to his forehead.

“I kinda see why that may be less than ideal.”

“Last is Lilly. She’s sweet really, but hopeless. You’d likely know her if you saw her, she’s a teifling.”

“A teiflin’?” The race sounds familiar but you can‘t place it.

“Shes part devil ironically. Looks similar to a human just she has a forked tail and small horns on her head. Pointed ears too like a half elf.”

“I see. What makes her hopeless?”

“Being a druid she can turn into animals and fight things as an animal. Problem is, the fiercest her forms get is a panda bear. Not exactly a beast meant for combat.”

“So her only ability is turning into a cuddly bear?”

“She can turn into other things like kittens and puppies. Even a pony once. I’ve seen her use spells which includes healing, even though she’s not very good at it.”

“Aye thanks for the info lad. I’ll keep an eye out fer’ them when we raid the camp.”

“Probably best for the world if they stay there but it’s still the right thing to do I guess. Anything else you wanna know about?”
