Organizing new teams

With three new members, you decide to rearrange the squads a bit. You like having the flexibility of three different teams, but having only three members each was a bit limiting at times. You decide to up the teams to four members each, and arrange them in the following way:

Team 1: CPT Mills, SPC Garcia, PFC Barnes, and PVT Petrov

Team 2: LT Gable, Jeremy, SPC Zhang, and Jonathan

Team 3: SGT Foreman, Allen, Zack, and PVT Sanchez

Team 1 was always your favorite (though you'd never admit it) and you think Natasha will fit in perfectly. Plus, her amazing tits will fit the "Team Fuckable" moniker quite well. You put the new LT on Team 2 so she can learn from Jeremy and Zhang and eventually take over as Team Leader, since Jeremy had told you it was getting stressful for him. Team 3 got Alicia so she could stick close to SGT Foreman, who was good at training, and her physical weakness could be easily covered by Allen and Zack. Satisfied with the changes made to the squads, you wonder if you should make any other changes.
