6 Months Later

Katie stayed over that night, spending it with Mark since her parents couldn’t pick her up after Nadia “ran off”, and seemingly dropped out of school, much to the disapproval of their parents. The whole thing caused a lot of trouble within the Lawrence household to the point of Katie thinking about freeing her sister. In the end she she held her ground. There was a rift between the Lawrence and Buchannons, both families blaming one another but Katie did not mind that, she never like them anyhow.

For a while Mark's parents assumed Ashley had done the same with Nick, until it became clear she never made it to his house. Mark's father Frank being police sergeant used all his connections for an extensive search. Mark seeing the situation get a bit out hand Used her computer, her time-stopped body, and Photoshop, made it seem like Ashley had run off to Costa Rica to some farm. This seem to satisfy his parents and no further inquiries were made, though both were disappointed.

Mark and Katie began to officially date not long after that night, and had been going steady ever since. School had become much easier, and more fun with his abilities, the entire place becoming his own personal playground. Although he had not permanently frozen anyone else since Nadia and Mitch, there were plenty he wanted to, from bullies, snobby popular girls and even power tripped teachers. He really wanted to freeze a girl to give to Katie. She did consider herself into girls though Mark was the guy she was into. It made other boys jealous and Mark feel special. So he wanted to give her a gift of sorts. Katie agreed they can go 'shopping' for new dolls during their prom

Six months ago he never imagined he would be going to prom, let alone with Katie Lawrence, yet here he was, and he had his powers to thank for that.

“Hmm, what do you think Nadia, you think Katie will like this?” His question is directed at Nadia Lawrence, who stood in the buff with a Goofy smile plastered on her face. Nadia did not respond of course, and never could since she was time-stopped.

“You’re right, a blue tie would be better.” He then striped the errant tie off and threw it onto the frozen form of Mitch Buchannon. Mitch was not naked, though he was just dressed in a skimpy banana hammock. Mark did not have much use for the boy doll, so he turned him into a hamper of sorts. His former neighbor did not complain as a tie landed on his head, blocking his view (or would if he could see).

“Thanks sis”, Mark said as he picked a blue tie up from Ashley’s frozen body, his sister being used as a tie rack at the moment. Ashley did not respond to the comment, instead she simply stared forward, unable to provide a response. Like Nadia her once rival, Ashley was also stark naked. Her hair was a bit of mess as Mark just had some fun with her as a bit of warm up for prom and Katie.

“Have a good night everyone”, Mark called out to his dolls. “Hopefully you’ll soon get some more company.” With a sense of finality, Mark closed and locked his door, and headed downstairs.

Downstairs, Mark is greeted by his family, his mother taking photos, an annoyed Regina who was no doubt **** to be there looked on with their father. The Lawrence family was also present having come over with Katie earlier. She wanted to get ready at Mark's plus wanted to play with his dolls. Charles Lawrence was a burly balding man who owned a contracting company. Andrea Lawrence was a short woman who was tanned skinned like her daughters and had dark hair. She was athletically built having been a fire fighter for the last fifteen years.

“Look at you”, Robin said as she took more photos. “My big man, all grown up.” Robin then tried to make some alterations to his hair, prompting an annoyed response from Mark. “Too much?”

“Yeah, kind-of.”

“You look like a penguin”, Regina said.

“The blue tie says I don’t.”

"You look sharp son," Frank said patting Mark on shoulder.

“Doesn’t mater, still look like a penguin.” Regina then stuck her tongue out at him as if that made any sense.

"You've grown up so nice..." Andrea added picking at Mark's suit also a bit motherly. She had always been close to Mark since Katie had basically grown up with him. Since he was not romantically involved with Katie, Andrea could not have picked anyone better to be with her daughter. He was better than Mitchell Buchannon...

Mark was about to respond back when her heard a door close upstairs, and knew instantly it was Katie. He turned around and was absolutely stunned by what he saw.

Katie was dressed in a white long sleeved dress, that although didn’t show off much cleavage, it made up for this as it did show off muscular tanned legs. On her feet were a pair of what looked to be tan boots, while her raven hair was in an updo, dark red lipstick on her supple lips. Mark could feel his Member slowly rising as he took Katie in. Katie had gained a bit of weight since she stopped running track, she now had some curves to her and it filled the dress just perfectly.

“Hi”, Katie said as if it were a normal Friday.

“Oh my, Katie you look stunning”, Robin said as she took more photos.

"That dress..." Andrea gasped and pulled her own phone and snapped photos of her own.

Charles turned to Mark and grinned, "I don't need to tell you the rules?"

"I'll take care of her sir," Mark said and Charles gave his shoulder a squeeze.

“Thanks. Mark, you sure look stunning.”

“You do too”, Mark said as he kissed Katie’s hand. “Limo is outside whenever you’re ready.”

“Well, let’s go then.” The two then headed outside followed by their families where Robin and Andrea both took more photos.

“Any idea who you want to freeze”, Mark whispered to Katie.

“I have a shortlist”, Katie whispered back.

“Just give me the word, and I’ll freeze time, then we go shopping.”

Katie smiled and kissed her boyfriend. This is going to be the best prom ever.”
