They go to the Buchannons

“Time is stoped right? Let’s just head over to the Buchannons to stake out the situation, and maybe you can take right then and there.” Katie said this with such confidence, as if she had been thinking about it for a while rather than 5 minutes.

“Seems risky, and isn’t she your ride home?”, Mark asked genuinely curious.

“Yeah, but I can call home and say Nadia abandoned me.” Katie then poked Mark on the chest, “or I can stay the night, and you can really experience what I’m like in bed.”

“I thought you said…”, Mark scampered, “never mind.”

“Common Chronos, lets go”, Katie said almost jumping on the balls of her feet.

“Chronos?”

“Titan of time. Not a titan, but seems appropriate don’t you think?”

“Yeah, but I don’t know about the nickname.”

“Fine”, Katie huffed. She then pointed at the door and indicated it was go time.

The two friends soon headed across the street to the Buchannon household, and started looking for a way in. They find that the back door was unlocked, and head inside.
