Round 5: Spencer’s Draw (Double Up, Bare/Bear/BARE/BEAR)

Spencer reached for his card while the others watched the board with their entire attention with everyone taking in a sharp breath as the Brown Bear token stomped forward a full six spaces. Spencer slowly raised his card, fearful of what it might read.

“Double Up - The next card you draw will take effect twice or if the card causes a physical change twice as many things will change. Move six. Draw again.” Spencer read out with surprise seeing a familiar card.

“You didn’t put your card back in the deck right?” Damien asked Logan.

“No, I still have the card right here,” Logan said, lifting his Double Up card.

“Guess there can be multiple of a card,” Kyle said.

Spencer, knowing he needs to draw another card, reaches forward and grabs a card with the Brown Bear Token stomping forward five spaces.

“Bare/Bear/BARE/BEAR - Reveal what kind of ‘Bear’ you are with a spin of the wheel. Move five.” Spencer read as the card doubled in his hand, his Token stomped forward another five spaces, and two wheels appeared with several homophones of the word bear.

The wheels included bair, bare, bear, Bare, Bear, BARE, BEAR and even more words the group guessed were in a different language some of which they knew that sounded like bear.

“Go on, give them a spin,” Kyle urged, while Spencer tried to spin both wheels with only one moving.

“Guess it's one at a time,” Spencer said as the wheel continued to spin.
