Round 5: Kyle’s draw (Daddy’s Boy, Amphibious Breathing)

“My turn,” Kyle said as he ignored the other’s actions.

Kyle went to reach for a card and his Frog Token hopped forward five spaces as the card turned blue. Logan, Damien, and Spencer looked at the new colored card but did not say anything while Kyle, disregarding the change in color, lifted it.

“Pass this card to another player. Draw one more card than there are players with each player that reads the card reducing the number you have to draw. Move five.” Kyle read the card becoming confused at how different it was to the previous cards, as he passed the card to Logan.

Logan took the card with a bit of fear, that was quickly alleviated as he read it to himself white barely holding in a laugh“Daddy’s Boy - The player that drew this card will unconditionally follow the orders of people that call themselves ‘Daddy’ or calls the player ‘Boy’ while talking to them, or the orders of people the player acknowledges as their ‘Daddy’. The player will not realize that a person called themselves Daddy unless specifically pointed out. Orders that harm the player, make the player unable to play Male Paradise, affect the player after the time frame of the card, and go against the morals and laws that the player follows will be ineffective. The time frame is a week per player that reads this card. Other players may reveal the effects of the card to the player that drew this card or keep it to themselves.”

“So Kyle would you rather have the card last longer and draw less cards or have it last shorter but need to draw more cards?” Logan said to Kyle while still holding the card.

“Would you please tell me what the card says before I decide?” Kyle asked, growing a little anxious.

“I won’t, think of it as payback for your earlier comment, and I don’t think anyone else will since it’s not that bad and it wouldn't be permanent only a week longer per person that reads it,” Logan said with a devious grin.

“Fine, give to the others I don’t want to draw too many cards,” Kyle said knowing that if Logan was saying that it couldn’t be too bad, since he seemed the most afraid of the game.

Hearing Kyle’s response Logan handed the card to Damien who then handed it to Spencer both having the same nearly laughing response, before they turned back to watch Kyle’s next card.

Kyle watching Damien’s and Spencer’s reactions as the card passed between their hands knew that it must be something embarrassing. As Spencer put the card down Kyle reached for the next card, his Frog Token hopped forward an additional three spaces as Kyle lifted the card.

“Amphibious Breathing - you are able to breathe through your skin like an amphibian. Move three. End turn.” Kyle read, soon letting out a sigh of relief knowing that his turn was over.

“Your turn Spencer,” Kyle said as laid back in his chair.
