“The G.U.N. Ball” (Creature)

In big bold letters screamed out the words “YOU’RE INVITED!” as the white gloves hand of Rouge the Bat hold up a large invitation card. The G.U.N. Ball? Since when was that approved? She turned the card to get more information, this invites extends to you plus one guest, there's cake, cookies, slow dancing, fast dancing, just a day to relax. Rouge thought about just tossing it into the garbage but she then thought of something. This may be the perfect time to sort something out in her head.

One annoying thing was starting to crop up in her head and she absolutely hated it,

She was thinking about boys like a certain love sick pink hedgehog. She hated that she was doing that. She's supposed to be this cool adventurous thief, not some boy chaser. Yet two boys were starting to weigh on her heavily and started to slowly beat out her love of jewels: Shadow the Hedgehog and Knuckles the Echidna.

First there's Knuckles, guardian of the biggest jewel of them all, the prize of prizes, the Master Emerald. He's tough, fun to tease, and the way he gets made and shouts is adorable. Plus his honorable side, she still remembers her falling to her doom on Space Colony ARK, she still remembers how Knuckles saved her from a very embarrassing ****. The problem would be getting him off the island, but maybe he'd do it for a break .

Second There's Shadow, easily her best friend, even if she won't admit even THAT to him, Shadow has been the one hedgehog she could rely on for anything. He's even done some stuff to please her before like going to compete in **** Gear games for a prize that she desired, her concern for his safety after the Black Arms, and she couldn't help but feel that she shared one of the closest moments of her life with him. The Problem is...well Shadow...he's a huge loner, prefers it that way too, His heart is still wounded by the loss of his friend, it's what drives him. However he has done things for her before with no real benefit for himself.

She paced a bit thinking about this and then decided that tonight she was going to solve Who was just a friend and who was the person she loved! All she needs to do is ask.
