What's so funny?

As the crowd watched April's body changed. It happened imperceptibly slow, but the results were undeniable. April's defined muscles became soft and thick, jiggling slightly. Her abs vanished as her stomach belled out. And her B cups shrank in her triangle bikini, making a bust she was already embarrassed by even smaller.

April, unaware of these changes, continued to pose for the crowd. She noticed something was happening though. There was less amazement and more... amusement? Yes, people were laughing! She started to feel timid. What was going on? What was so funny? What she didn't know was they were laughing at her much different than advertised body! Even worse, the changes were just beginning!
