Does Emily realize the mistake? And what about Barbara?

Air (number) One

Emily rested her elbow on the armrest, holding her temple with her hand. “Hold on, Barb. Just one ten hour flight and I’ll be with you.”

An asian woman next to her overheard Emily’s whispering. “Visiting your girlfriend?”

“God, I wish I was. No, my friend is in trouble, and I have to help her.”

“I see. But why a ten hour flight? Texas is not that far away.”

“Texas? This plane isn’t going to Texas! I got a ticket for Paris… from a lady who was practically deaf… Crap!” Emily jumped from her seat, running towards the exit.

Only to be stopped by a steward. “Miss, we are about to take off. Please get back in your seat.”

“No, you have to understand…”

Meanwhile, Barbara was fidgeting in her crate, having trouble holding it in. “God, I’m gonna burst! I can’t wait for ten hours!” As moved once more, she almost felt something leaking. She sighed as she spoke. “I see no other option.”

She crawled out of the crate, looking for a place to do her business. In the end, she crouched down in a corner. “God, I can’t believe I’m about to do it here!”
