He finds himself standing next to an elf girl at the quest board.

At the quest board Matt found himself standing next to a pretty elf girl with long blonde hair partly done in twin tails that reached the small of her back. Cute. The form fitting green dress with a number of lighter green patterns and white trim seemed truly vibrant, the material hugging every curve of her body. Her breasts while not large, seemed perfectly sculpted and firm as they jiggled gently as she moved. She was wearing a white mantle and Matt could see a thin but long blade attached to a belt at the side of her waist. A rapier.

"Greetings." She said, acknowledging his presence, her green eyes staring at him in mild curiosity.

"Hello." Matt returned the greeting politely. That was all that was said as he gazed at the board. Matt inwardly grimaced the lackluster interaction. Surely he could've said something more to draw up a conversation. But no, try as he might to find words he couldn't come up with anything.

Disappointed, he returned his focus to the quest board. There were a number of papers pinned to the wall and were inked with a number of requests. The actual requests were inked with large lettering, probably to get his attention while the details were written in smaller writing. The rewards were also written in a way to draw attention to it. Finally it looked like the guild had stamped a letter 'rank' to every request.

As for the quests themselves, they varied wildly. There were a number of mundane requests such as gathering ingredients in the nearby forest. A couple involved monster hunting, others involved clearing out dungeons or ruins; there was even one involving guard duty.

One of the quests caught his eye.
